Commendation for Exemplary Service
1. I would like to comment Land Rover Jaguar Allentown, for services performed on my behalf from 19 February through 25 February 2010. Upon receipt of my vehicle, and with the understanding that my military leave time in PA was limited, Nick from Vehicle Servicing spearheaded the effort to quickly troubleshoot and orders for my 2005 Land Rover Lr3. His coordination with the Parts Departments, and consistent request for status on parts due-in, culminated in the timely diagnosis and repair of multiple suspension faults- a number of which allow the vehicle to operate safely. Nick accomplished this amidst a blizzard with anticipated snow accumulation of 18-24 inches. Additionally, a gentleman from reception assisted me in procuring a 4-wheel drive vehicle to use in the interim, without which I would not have been able to attend numerous family functions during my short stay in PA.
2. As a United States Arm, Maintenance Commander of two years, I am familiar with frustrations associated with parts acquisition and repair complications. The staff at Land Rover addressed these quickly and professionally. I received warranty and status update within minutes of its availability and Land Rover staff understood the need to prioritize this work order, due to leave constraints and distance from my home servicing center. I was treated as if I purchased the vehicle brand new from the Allentown location.
3. The performance of the Allentown location is in keeping with the highest traditions of Land Rover servicing centers, Nationwide. I would recommend their vehicles and service center to any perspective client/customer, and am once again wholly impressed with this organization’s performance.
